UK Orders

Delivery
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked24 as standard, with the exception of cards and A6 prints which are sent by standard 1st Class.

Please note: We endeavour to pack and ship all orders within 3 - 5 business days. For orders placed on weekends there will be a delay in shipping while Gal + Goose is at the regular weekend market.

Click & Collect
Free collection is available from the Gal + Goose stall at St Albans Market outside Champneys (23 Market Place, AL3 5DP) on selected Saturdays. Please wait until you receive your “Ready for pickup” email before visiting - this will include the collection location, date and instructions.

International Orders

Delivery
All international orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked, with shipping to the relevant country calculated as checkout. 

Please note: We endeavour to pack and ship all orders within 3 - 5 business days. For orders placed on weekends there will be a delay in shipping while Gal + Goose is at the regular weekend market.

Import & Customs Charges
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs handling fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices unless stated otherwise at checkout.

As these fees vary by country, I recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges.
